A leading European dairy & food manufacturer is expanding its freeze‑dried poducts portfolio in Germany and is seeking an experienced Key Account Manager (Retail) to drive growth across national and regional retail customers.
Your Responsibilities
- Own and grow key retail accounts across Germany (national chains + regional customers).
- Manage the full commercial cycle: annual negotiations, JBPs, trade terms, forecasting, and promotional planning.
- Drive distribution, visibility, and category growth for freeze‑dried fruit ranges across multiple channels (grocery, drug, discount, online retail).
- Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and category performance to identify new opportunities.
- Lead listings, NPD introductions, and cross‑functional coordination with Supply Chain, Marketing, and Finance.
- Deliver profitable, sustainable growth aligned with the company's long‑term strategy.
Your Profile
- Proven experience in Key Account Management within FMCG, ideally in healthy snacking, fruits, confectionery, dairy, or similar categories.
- Strong track record managing and negotiating with German retail customers.
- Commercially sharp with solid understanding of margins, pricing, and category dynamics.
- Entrepreneurial mindset: proactive, structured, and hands‑on.
- Fluent German and professional English required.
