This is a rare opportunity to play a pivotal role in building and shaping the pharma logistics offering within a globally established organization. You'll work closely with leadership to establish key client relationships, define service approaches, and support the commercial expansion of this high-potential vertical.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the growth of the pharmaceutical vertical by developing key client relationships in the pharma and life sciences sectors.
Act as the primary contact for pharmaceutical clients, ensuring satisfaction, compliance, and long-term value.
Develop strategic account plans aligned with both client needs and the company's growth objectives.
Collaborate across departments to ensure service quality, regulatory compliance, and operational alignment.
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities across logistics and value-added services.
Requirements:
3-4 years' experience in the pharmaceutical industry or pharma logistics, ideally in a commercial or client-facing role.
Strong account management and business development skills.
Understanding of GxP, cold chain, or regulated logistics is a strong advantage.
Fluent in German and English.
