They are seeking a Key Account Manager to join their growing team in Germany. This is a pivotal, client-facing role focused on managing and developing relationships with strategic pharmaceutical accounts, ensuring consistent satisfaction and long-term value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key pharmaceutical clients.

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned with client needs and business growth targets.

  • Ensure service delivery meets or exceeds expectations through close collaboration with internal operations teams.

  • Identify and act on upselling and cross-selling opportunities across logistics services.

  • Monitor account performance and report on KPIs and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • 3-4 years' experience in the commercial pharmaceutical industry.

  • Proven success in client relationship management or account development.

  • Understanding of logistics, supply chain processes, or cold chain services is a strong advantage.

  • Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
