Title: Key Account Manager - Retail Solutions (Fixtures, Access Systems & Material Handling)
Salary: $80,000 - $90,000

The Key Account Manager will be responsible for:
- Driving new account acquisition through cold calling and strategic outreach.
- Building strong relationships with regional retail and grocery accounts.
- Identifying customer needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- Leading sales presentations and negotiating proposals with key decision-makers.
- Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, supported by inside sales resources.
- Collaborating with operations and product management to ensure customer requirements are met.
- Maintaining accurate CRM records and providing regular sales forecasts.
- Representing the company at industry events and trade shows.
- Traveling up to 50% of the time (domestic).
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in inside/outside B2B sales, ideally within retail or grocery sectors.
- Proven track record in account management and new business development.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
- Knowledge of retail industry trends and ERP systems is a plus.
