About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and data-driven Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (LSSBB) to lead strategic process improvement initiatives across our organization. This role is critical in driving operational excellence, enhancing customer experience, and delivering measurable business value in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional Lean Six Sigma projects to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance quality across business units.
  • Identify, scope, and prioritize high-impact opportunities for process improvement aligned with strategic goals.
  • Apply DMAIC methodology and advanced statistical tools to analyze complex problems and implement sustainable solutions.
  • Mentor and coach Green Belts and project teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across product, operations, finance, and technology to drive change and ensure alignment.
  • Develop and deliver executive-level presentations and reports on project outcomes and performance metrics.
  • Support the deployment of a Lean Six Sigma framework and contribute to the development of training materials and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (LSSBB) required.
  • 8+ years of experience in process improvement, operational excellence, or business transformation, preferably in the FinTech or financial services industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in statistical analysis tools (e.g., Minitab, JMP, Python, or Excel).
  • Proven track record of leading successful end-to-end Lean Six Sigma projects with quantifiable results.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with Agile, Design Thinking, or other innovation methodologies is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
