About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Engineering Manager to lead and optimize maintenance operations within a dynamic food and beverage manufacturing environment. This role is critical to ensuring equipment reliability, minimizing downtime, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across the facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all maintenance activities, including preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
- Manage and develop a team of maintenance technicians and engineers.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to improve equipment performance and efficiency.
- Drive cost-effective solutions and implement best practices for asset management.
- Lead capital projects related to equipment upgrades and facility improvements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (or related field).
- 7+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of CMMS systems and reliability-centered maintenance strategies.
- Experience in food and beverage or other regulated industries preferred.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
