About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Maintenance Manager to oversee technical operations across two key sites. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in engineering and facilities management who thrives in a dynamic, hands-on environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a high-performing maintenance team
- Manage preventive and corrective maintenance programs
- Coordinate inspections, technical audits, and compliance activities
- Oversee spare parts inventory and contractor relationships
- Support sustainability and energy efficiency initiatives
- Collaborate with site leadership to align maintenance strategy with operational goals
- Ensure safety, quality, and operational standards are consistently met
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance or engineering management
- Strong technical knowledge in areas such as refrigeration, automation, MHE, and building systems
- Experience managing Capex/Opex projects and technical teams
- Familiarity with ERP systems and maintenance planning tools
- Relevant certifications in safety, engineering, or facilities management
- A proactive, collaborative leader with a focus on continuous improvement
