Job Description: Maintenance Manager
Position Overview: The Maintenance Manager, reporting to the Production Manager, oversees mechanical and electrical services. This role involves planning, organizing, and executing maintenance strategies to ensure optimal service, with a focus on health & safety, environmental, and budgetary management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead health and safety initiatives and set targets.
- Align maintenance with operations to achieve common goals.
- Provide clear instructions, standards, and communication tools.
- Participate in maintenance processes to minimize downtime.
- Implement and enforce Contractor's Policy.
- Monitor daily issues and ensure continuous operations support.
- Manage best maintenance practices and ensure sustainability.
- Control manpower needs and material expenses.
- Review team performance and develop improvement plans.
- Adapt labor maintenance costs to industry changes.
- Implement corrective actions in health, safety, quality, production, and environment.
- Perform additional tasks as needed.
Skills and Abilities:
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of equipment reliability principles.
- Planning, organization, and priority setting skills.
- Ability to interpret equipment drawings and manuals.

Qualifications:
Academic:
- Bachelor's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering or related field.
Experience:
- 7-10 years in maintenance management, including supervisory roles. Corrugated industry experience is a plus.
- Experience with reliability and continuous improvement tools.
- Proficiency with CMMS and computer systems (Microsoft Suite, JDEdwards Maintenance Module).
