The Maintenance Manager will play a critical role in leading maintenance strategy, ensuring equipment reliability, and fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement. The Maintenance Manager will be responsible for:
- Lead and manage the maintenance and electrical departments to ensure timely, efficient, and cost-effective support of plant operations.
- Develop and implement maintenance strategies that align with operational goals and business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Coordinate preventive and predictive maintenance programs to maximize equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with production, engineering, and leadership teams to support strategic initiatives and drive operational excellence.
The Maintenance Manager should have the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or a related field, or equivalent experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in maintenance management within an industrial or heavy manufacturing setting.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and preventative maintenance systems, with proven ability to lead teams, manage budgets, and implement reliability-centered maintenance strategies.
