Position Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Maintenance Manager to lead our maintenance operations and drive excellence through the implementation of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) strategies. This role requires a hands-on leader with a strong background in team development, equipment reliability, and continuous improvement within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a high-performing maintenance team focused on safety, efficiency, and reliability.
- Design and implement a robust TPM program, including autonomous maintenance, planned maintenance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and safety teams to align maintenance activities with operational goals.
- Analyze equipment performance data to identify trends, root causes, and improvement opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
- Manage maintenance budgets, spare parts inventory, and vendor relationships.
- Promote a culture of ownership, accountability, and proactive problem-solving.
- Utilize CMMS to manage work orders, preventive maintenance schedules, and asset history.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5-7+ years of maintenance leadership experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Proven success in implementing and sustaining TPM methodologies.
- Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and automation systems.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
- Experience with CMMS and data-driven decision-making.
- Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma certification is a plus.
