Maintenance Manager
A leading manufacturing organization is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance and reliability efforts within a 24/7 industrial operation. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on leader who enjoys developing teams, improving equipment reliability, and driving operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead all maintenance and reliability activities across a high-volume manufacturing facility.
- Develop and execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs.
- Drive equipment uptime, asset reliability, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage maintenance planning, scheduling, outages, shutdowns, and capital projects.
- Coach, mentor, and develop a skilled maintenance team while fostering a strong safety culture.
- Lead root cause analysis efforts and implement long-term reliability improvements.
Qualifications:
- Maintenance leadership experience within manufacturing, paper, building products, chemicals, food & beverage, or other heavy industrial environments.
- Strong background in reliability, preventive maintenance, and equipment troubleshooting.
- Experience managing maintenance teams within a union or industrial setting is preferred.
- Proven success leading outages, shutdowns, capital projects, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Experience utilizing CMMS systems and reliability methodologies such as TPM or RCM.
