A leading manufacturer in the food production industry is seeking a proactive and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead a team of technicians in executing preventive maintenance and reactive repairs. This role is critical to ensuring operational efficiency, safety, and continuous improvement across the facility.

- Design and implement a comprehensive training program for maintenance staff, oversee technical and methodological training needs, and support ongoing professional development.
- Monitor preventive maintenance (PM) and repair schedules, prioritize facility work orders, and serve as the main point of contact for production supervisors and external service providers. Ensure clear communication with stakeholders across production, reliability, and planning.
- Identify opportunities for process and efficiency improvements, promote effective maintenance methodologies, and lead fault investigations to prevent recurrence. Participate in weekly fault review and reliability meetings.
- Track PM KPIs, ensure timely and accurate execution of maintenance tasks, and oversee aftercare and follow-up actions. Maintain accurate reporting and documentation in Ultimo.
- Promote adherence to safety regulations and hygiene standards, and implement and monitor LOTO procedures and 5S practices throughout the facility.

- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a technical field, plus 5+ years in a supervisory maintenance role
- Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, PLCs, pneumatics, motors, and controls.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and experienced with CMMS
- Familiarity with food or packaging machinery
- Hands-on experience in maintenance or facilities within a production environment.
- Experience with utilities, facilities systems, or telecommunications is a bonus.
