Master Planner & Buyer / Project Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Create and manage GMP‑compliant master production schedules within an ERP/MRP system
- Conduct capacity and line analysis using production specs, staffing, and equipment data
- Track daily manufacturing performance and address schedule variances
- Adjust production plans based on demand shifts, material supply, quality holds, and resource constraints
- Expedite or re‑sequence schedules while maintaining full compliance and documentation standards
- Collaborate with Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, and planning teams to resolve constraints and prioritize production
- Generate and present capacity and performance reports to support decision‑making and continuous improvement
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Business, or related field
- At least 3 years of experience in a manufacturing supply chain role
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex production and capacity data
- ERP/MRP experience required; Oracle preferred
- Knowledge of purchasing processes; experience in regulated manufacturing or injection molding is a plus
- Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with MS Office; strong communication abilities
- Full‑time on‑site role located in Southington, CT
