Offset Press Operator

DSJ Global is currently partnered with an industry leading card printer and manufacturer who is looking to add an Offset Press Operator to their team in Greensboro, NC. The Offset Press Operator will be responsible for sheet-fed offset equipment to produce high quality products. The Offset Press Operator will also be responsible for troubleshooting equipment issues and making necessary adjustments to maintain production.

• Operates advanced sheet‑fed offset printing equipment (multi‑color systems) to produce high‑quality printed materials.
• Executes efficient machine setup and make‑ready processes to meet run‑speed expectations, productivity goals, and customer quality requirements.
• Monitors print output throughout production, ensuring color accuracy and minimizing waste or rework.
• Applies G7 color principles-including gray balance, dot gain, and ink trapping-to maintain consistent process color results.
• Accurately documents production time, material usage, and supports routine equipment upkeep.
• Troubleshoots equipment issues, performs necessary adjustments, and completes basic maintenance to sustain performance.
• Able to lift, move, or carry materials up to 60 pounds as needed.
• Adheres to all safety guidelines, housekeeping standards, and established operating procedures.
• Performs additional tasks as required to maintain efficient workflow and operational effectiveness.

What You Will Bring

• Requires High School diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 5 years offset (sheet-fed) printing experience
• Demonstrated proficiency with 40" multi-color (6 and 8 units) offset press equipment
• Strong understanding of color theory including LAB values and makes the required ink adjustments to maintain branded match color compliance
