Operational Excellence Manager
A leading international supply chain organization is seeking an Operational Excellence Manager to lead performance optimization and continuous improvement across logistics operations. This strategic role blends data analytics, operational execution, and transformation-focused on enhancing warehouse, transport, and waste collection processes to ensure cost-efficiency and readiness for future growth.

- Lead and develop a high-performing team focused on analytics, performance control, and process innovation.
- Design and implement dashboards, KPI frameworks, and cost analysis tools to drive operational transparency.
- Analyze logistics operations to identify inefficiencies and implement data-driven improvements.
- Deliver continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and Agile methodologies.
- Oversee the enhancement and adoption of TMS and WMS systems to improve reporting and control.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Operations, and Commercial teams to align on analytical frameworks.
- Conduct structured performance reviews, including budget vs actual analysis and cost-to-serve models.
- Build team capabilities in business intelligence, forecasting, scenario modeling, and automation.
- Foster a culture of evidence-based decision-making and continuous learning.
🎯 What You Bring
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Economics, Engineering, Econometrics, or similar.
- 5-10 years of experience in supply chain logistics, operations, or consultancy.
- Strong analytical and controlling skills; proficiency in Power BI, Excel, SQL, Python, or similar tools.
- Familiarity with operational systems (TMS/WMS) and their reporting capabilities.
- Proven experience in performance management and dashboarding.
- Knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma; certification is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate insights into business actions.
- Fluency in English and Dutch.
