The Plant Manager will be responsible for:
- Lead all site operations with full accountability for safety, quality, productivity, environmental compliance, and cost performance
- Own and execute the plant's operational plan in line with budget, forecast, and production targets
- Manage full P&L performance, including volume, sales, and EBITDA delivery
- Develop and maintain a strong safety-first culture, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and corporate standards
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Supply Chain, Customer Service, and other internal teams
- Drive continuous improvement, process optimization, and productivity initiatives across the site
- Develop, mentor, and lead the operations leadership team while fostering a positive and accountable culture
- Oversee capital planning, budgeting, and long-term operational strategy
The Plant Manager should have the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required; Engineering or technical discipline preferred
- 10+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience, with prior plant leadership experience preferred
- Background in nonwovens, paper, converting, extrusion, or similar process-driven industries strongly preferred
- Proven experience managing a P&L and delivering operational performance improvements
- Strong leadership capabilities with a focus on coaching, mentoring, and driving results
- Track record of continuous improvement and change management success
- Ability to work effectively within a matrixed organization and influence cross-functional stakeholders
- Strong communication and systems skills (Microsoft Office and ERP systems)
- Willingness to travel as needed (10-20%)
