About the Role
The Process Engineer II will play a key role in enhancing manufacturing operations through technical leadership, data-driven problem solving, and cross-functional collaboration. This position supports both day-to-day production and long-term process innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide engineering-level support to manufacturing operations, with a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency.
- Lead and support projects related to cost reduction, process optimization, and new product integration.
- Analyze process data, identify trends, and implement improvements using statistical tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new technologies and ensure smooth process transfers.
- Develop systems to monitor equipment and process performance and proactively address issues.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Master's preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong analytical and statistical skills; proficiency in Excel, Access, and Minitab (or equivalent).
- Demonstrated ability to apply scientific methods and engineering principles to solve complex problems.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Preferred Experience
- Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
- Project management experience.
- Familiarity with manufacturing cost accounting.
- Knowledge of vision control systems
