Salary: $95,000-$145,000
A global leader in printing and packaging manufacturing is seeking a hands-on Process Engineer to join their team in the Greater Philadelphia area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide cross-functional engineering support across Technical Services, Production, Graphics Engineering, Project Management, QA, and Customer teams.
- Drive continuous improvement in manufacturing methods, product design, materials, tooling, and equipment.
- Develop and optimize print and converting processes from concept to customer application.
- Use data-driven analysis to identify process gaps and implement timely corrective actions.
- Lead Lean initiatives, process control development, and training on new technologies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- 4+ years of experience in process or manufacturing engineering within printing, packaging, or related industries
- Experience in flexographic, rotogravure, and lithographic printing
- Proficiency with process engineering software
- Proven ability to lead technical teams and maintain high productivity on production lines
