Drive Operational Excellence as a Process Improvement Engineer
Are you passionate about turning data into actionable insights and driving meaningful change? In this impactful and versatile role, you'll be the go-to expert within our client's Operations team, working across both operational and tactical levels to help us achieve our Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory, and Productivity (SQDIP) goals.
What You'll Do
As a Process Improvement Engineer, you'll be at the heart of continuous improvement. Your responsibilities will include:
- Optimising and implementing processes that make a real difference.
- Analysing data and leading problem-solving initiatives to tackle complex challenges.
- Developing and updating policies that shape the way we work.
- Conducting feasibility studies and creating improvement proposals that drive efficiency.
- Leading projects and building models for workforce planning and KPI structures.
- Performing Pareto analyses to identify and prioritise impactful changes.
You'll leverage LEAN principles to transform insights into tangible improvements and strategic recommendations. This is a hands-on role with broad exposure across all levels of the organisation, offering plenty of room for initiative, creativity, and independence.

Your Profile
- HBO/WO degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field.
- Excellent command of English; Dutch understanding required, fluency is a plus.
- Several years of experience in a production environment, ideally in Biopharma or Life Sciences.
- Proven experience with LEAN methodologies (Visual & Daily Management, Problem Solving, Lean Conversion).
- Strong analytical skills, decisive, communicative, and resilient under pressure.
- Advanced Excel skills and a track record of data-driven decision-making.
