Lead technical excellence across multiple printing and label‑manufacturing sites as a Multi‑Site Process Engineer. In this high‑impact role, you'll drive process improvement, standardization, and optimization while serving as the technical expert for a growing Food & Beverage division.
What You'll Do:
- Provide multi‑site operation support
- Act as the technical expert for flexographic printing and label production
- Improve print & convert processes (ink adhesion, substrates, equipment optimization)
- Lead process improvement, troubleshooting, and equipment upgrade initiatives
- Partner cross‑functionally with Engineering, Quality, Production, NPD, and Graphics
- Standardize processes across plants and implement best‑in‑class methodologies
- Train operators & process techs; document best practices and process controls
What You Bring:
- 5+ years in printing, converting, or label manufacturing
- Flexographic printing experience (required)
- Experience with litho, offset, or digital printing (a plus)
- Strong understanding of ink/substrate interaction and print quality variables
- Background in CI/Lean, batch optimization, or equipment upgrades
- Ability to lead technical resources and support multi‑site production teams
