What You'll Do

- Purchasing: Compile and validate forecasts, coordinate timely orders with vendors, and minimize overstock or stockouts.
- Vendor Negotiation: Cultivate vendor relationships, negotiate favorable terms, and secure efficient delivery schedules.
- Supply Chain Coordination: Partner with internal teams to ensure a smooth inventory and procurement workflow, addressing disruptions proactively.
What We're Looking For
- Procurement Expertise: Previous experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management is preferred.
- Negotiation Skills: Strong business acumen and ability to optimize costs through effective negotiations.
- Analytical Mindset: Proficiency in interpreting sales trends and inventory data to inform purchasing decisions.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and other Office tools including VLOOKUP
- Detail-Oriented: Organizational excellence to manage purchase orders and maintain accuracy in all areas.
