Key Challenges:
Leading complex, prototype-based procurement projects that span multiple years, ensuring the seamless sourcing of mission-critical components and systems.
Managing a diverse set of suppliers and ensuring performance, while effectively balancing cost, quality, and risk across the aerospace supply chain.
Navigating the unique challenges of the aerospace industry, from compliance to technical specifications, ensuring your contributions directly impact future innovations.
Ideal Profile:
Solid experience in procurement within the aerospace sector or related high-tech industries.
A technical background with expertise in managing procurement for aerospace products, including subcontractor management and complex contracts.
Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to balance technical requirements with business objectives in a rapidly evolving market.
Skilled in managing relationships with both internal stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure timely, high-quality deliveries.
Location: Bremen (2 days remote working available per week) or Munich.
