Production Supervisor Weekend Shift (Three 12 Hour Shifts)

Position Summary
We are seeking a hands-on, results-driven Production Supervisor to lead operations. This role is critical to ensuring production goals are met safely, efficiently, and with high quality standards.
The weekend shift is:
- Friday (6pm-6am)
- Saturday (6pm-6am)
- Sunday (6pm-6am)
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of production staff during second shift
- Monitor workflow, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely completion of production schedules
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, and productivity
- Train, coach, and develop team members to meet performance expectations
- Maintain accurate records of production metrics, downtime, and employee performance
- Collaborate with maintenance, quality, and engineering teams to resolve operational challenges
- Enforce company policies and safety procedures consistently
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting
- Strong understanding of production processes, lean manufacturing, and safety protocols
- Excellent communication and team-building skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed
- Experience in metal casting or foundry operations is a plus
