Position Summary

We are seeking a hands-on, results-driven Production Supervisor to lead operations. This role is critical to ensuring production goals are met safely, efficiently, and with high quality standards.

The weekend shift is:

  • Friday (6pm-6am)
  • Saturday (6pm-6am)
  • Sunday (6pm-6am)

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate daily activities of production staff during second shift
  • Monitor workflow, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely completion of production schedules
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, and productivity
  • Train, coach, and develop team members to meet performance expectations
  • Maintain accurate records of production metrics, downtime, and employee performance
  • Collaborate with maintenance, quality, and engineering teams to resolve operational challenges
  • Enforce company policies and safety procedures consistently

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting
  • Strong understanding of production processes, lean manufacturing, and safety protocols
  • Excellent communication and team-building skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed
  • Experience in metal casting or foundry operations is a plus
