Für einen unserer Mandanten aus der industriellen Fertigung suchen eine charismatische und pragmatische führungserfahrene Persönlichkeit, die als Produktionsleiter (m/w/d) die Verantwortung für die Produktion in Berlin.
Ihre Aufgaben
- Gesamtverantwortung für mehrere produktionsnahe Bereiche (z. B. Montage und Zerspanung) mit rund 100+ Mitarbeitenden.
- Steuerung der Produktions‑, Kapazitäts‑ und Investitionsplanung sowie Sicherstellung eines effizienten Ressourceneinsatzes.
- Entwicklung und Umsetzung operativer Strategien zur Erhöhung von Produktivität, Qualität und Wirtschaftlichkeit.
- Systematische Prozessoptimierung entlang Lean‑Management‑Methoden (u. a. 5S, KVP).
- Fachliche und persönliche Weiterentwicklung der Führungskräfte und Mitarbeitenden im Verantwortungsbereich.
- Sicherstellung und Überwachung aller relevanten KPIs in den Bereichen Sicherheit, Qualität, Kosten und Liefertreue.
Ihr Profil
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes technisches Studium, idealerweise ergänzt durch wirtschaftliche Zusatzqualifikationen.
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in Produktionsumgebungen sowie Schnittstellenbereichen wie Einkauf, Qualität oder Engineering.
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in Lean‑Management, Operational Excellence und gängigen Verbesserungsmethoden (z. B. Lean Six Sigma).
- Strukturierte, pragmatische und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise mit ausgeprägter Hands‑on‑Mentalität.
- Freude an interdisziplinärer Zusammenarbeit sowie an der Führung und Weiterentwicklung von Teams.
- Sichere Deutschkenntnisse und hohe Kommunikationsfähigkeit.
