Project Engineer (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities:

  • Lead and execute international production and machinery relocations across global sites - from concept to successful commissioning at the designated location.
  • Manage projects with a focus on time, quality, and cost (including risk management and stakeholder communication).
  • Coordinate interdisciplinary project teams and collaborate with internal departments (production, engineering, logistics, quality, occupational safety) and external partners (equipment suppliers, transport service providers, local authorities).
  • Ensure smooth dismantling, transport, recommissioning, and production ramp-up in line with technical, scheduling, and economic requirements.
  • Prepare and maintain project plans, documentation, investment proposals, and reports.
  • Guarantee technical availability, process stability, and compliance with all relevant standards and safety regulations.

Your Profile:

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering, Plastics Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in plastics processing, preferably in film production.
  • Solid project experience in a technical environment, e.g., plant design or process optimization.
  • Strategic thinking, strong problem-solving skills, and a hands-on mentality.
  • Leadership ambitions and willingness to take responsibility.
  • Proficiency in English is essential.
