As a technical Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation and upkeep of technical systems and infrastructure.
Tasks:
- Planning, coordinating, and overseeing installation, repair, and maintenance work on company systems and facilities
- Monitoring the quality and completion of maintenance and service tasks
- Documenting maintenance activities and preparing detailed reports
- Supporting the development of training programs in collaboration with training officers and relevant departments
- Participating in the planning and execution of technical projects
Your Profile
- Completed vocational training in a technical or skilled trade (e.g., plant mechanic, mechatronics technician, metalworker)
- Successfully completed further training as a master craftsman or equivalent qualification
- Professional experience in maintenance, ideally in the food or chemical industry
- Experience in supervising industrial teams
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong organisational skills and a hands-on, solution-oriented mindset
