Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: $100,000 - $115,000 + 10% bonus
Location: South New Jersey
Summary:
A leading national retailer seeks a Project Manager to join their team in South New Jersey to lead the capital projects at their distribution center.
The Project Manager will have the following responsibilities:
- Plan, design, and document supply chain project requirements while validating all cost, capacity, and timing assumptions.
- Lead project acquisition and implementation using project management tools, ensuring timely completion, clear communication, and development of SOPs.
- Support testing and evaluation of new distribution center concepts, including capital project analyses such as ROI and cost/benefit studies.
- Analyze throughput, work methods, and ergonomics to develop actionable project recommendations.
- Improve operational reporting and metrics while collaborating effectively with internal teams, consultants, and contractors.
The Project Manager will have the following requirements and skill sets:
- B.S. degree in an Engineering discipline or Supply Chain
- Minimum 3 years of experience managing capital projects
- Distribution center/warehouse experience
- Strong project management, team management and leadership skills
