They are now seeking a Project Procurement Manager to support the development of our next generation of connected devices.
Your Role
You will lead procurement activities for electronics and embedded software in new product development projects. Working closely with engineering, R&D, and global suppliers, you'll ensure timely, cost-effective sourcing of key components for our smart technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute procurement strategies for electronics and embedded software in NPD projects.
- Source and manage suppliers for PCBs, sensors, microcontrollers, and software licenses.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers across Europe and Asia.
- Collaborate with engineering to influence design and ensure supply chain resilience.
- Track market trends in IoT, embedded systems, and sustainable electronics.
What You Bring
- 5+ years of experience in procurement or strategic sourcing in electronics or smart devices.
- Strong knowledge of electronic components and embedded software ecosystems.
- Experience in project-based procurement within large, matrixed organizations.
- Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
