  • Work with project managers to forecast long‑lead and project‑specific materials, securing orders that meet delivery requirements and budget targets.
  • Serve as secondary support for warehousing and materials management leadership when necessary.
  • Partner daily with warehouse teams to manage stock levels, address shortages, support resupply, resolve discrepancies, and maintain Kanban or other inventory systems.
  • Oversee the return‑materials process, ensuring timely credit recovery and accurate documentation.
  • Collaborate with design, sales, and marketing teams to evaluate new materials, product options, and vendor offerings.
  • Manage schedule adjustments-including expediting, deferring, or canceling orders-based on operational needs.
  • Research and qualify alternative suppliers, specialty components, and custom material solutions.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing suppliers, monitor performance metrics, and pursue continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Update bills of materials as needed to reflect final project configurations.
  • Conduct supply and demand forecasting for core commodities and inventory categories.
  • Partner with warehouse leadership to establish appropriate restocking thresholds and inventory valuations.
  • Evaluate transportation requirements, delivery methods, and movement of goods across facilities and customer sites.
  • Work with executive leadership to identify emerging suppliers, evaluate new materials or technologies, set preliminary pricing structures, and introduce new products while minimizing excess or obsolete inventory.

Additional Expectations

  • Perform other assignments as needed to support operations.
  • Contribute to a collaborative, positive, and solutions‑oriented work culture.
  • Demonstrate core organizational values such as safety, reliability, integrity, and a strong drive for results.

Required Skills & Qualifications
