As we expand our operations in China, we are seeking a highly skilled Quality Manager to oversee raw material quality processes and ensure compliance with international standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality control strategies for raw materials including plastics, silicone, and metals.
- Manage supplier quality performance and conduct audits to ensure adherence to specifications and standards.
- Collaborate with procurement, engineering, and production teams to resolve material-related issues.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance material quality and reduce defects.
- Ensure compliance with European and international quality standards
- Prepare and maintain documentation for quality assurance processes and reporting.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Materials Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in quality management within raw materials for manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of plastics, silicone, and metal properties and processing.
- Familiarity with international quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
