About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Quality Manager to lead our organization's quality initiatives and ensure that our products, processes, and systems consistently meet or exceed industry standards. This role is ideal for a proactive leader who excels in process optimization, compliance management, and cross-functional collaboration.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and maintain the company's Quality Management System (QMS) in alignment with industry standards (e.g., ISO 9001, GMP, or other relevant frameworks).
  • Lead internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory agencies and customer requirements.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including root-cause analysis, CAPA management, and process standardization.
  • Establish and monitor key quality performance metrics, reporting trends and insights to senior leadership.
  • Oversee document control, training programs, and SOP development to support operational excellence.
  • Manage quality team members, providing coaching, performance feedback, and professional development.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, and Product teams to ensure quality integration across all functions.
  • Serve as the primary contact for customer quality inquiries and manage supplier quality performance programs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Quality, Engineering, Operations, Life Sciences, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in quality assurance or quality management; leadership experience required.
  • Strong knowledge of QMS principles, regulatory compliance, and audit practices.
  • Proficiency with tools such as CAPA, FMEA, SPC, root cause analysis, and other quality methodologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects and drive measurable improvement.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Certifications such as ASQ CQE, CQM/OE, Six Sigma, or equivalent are a plus.
