KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER (M/F/D)

A rapidly expanding international FMCG company is seeking a Key Account Manager to strengthen its footprint across the Dutch retail market, including major supermarkets, convenience, and specialty retail channels. The Role

You will be responsible for a portfolio of strategic retail customers, ensuring strong execution, sustainable growth, and outstanding customer engagement. Your mission will be to enhance distribution, visibility, and performance across national and regional retailers, working cross‑functionally to deliver commercially successful solutions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing day‑to‑day relationships with key retail partners across the Netherlands
  • Developing and executing customer‑specific account plans and joint business plans
  • Leading annual negotiations and contractual agreements
  • Tracking performance, identifying commercial opportunities, and driving category growth
  • Coordinating closely with marketing, supply chain, finance, and commercial teams
  • Ensuring excellence in execution across all retail channels

What You Bring

  • Proven experience in Key Account Management within FMCG, retail, or consumer goods
  • Strong knowledge of the Dutch retail landscape and customer dynamics
  • Commercially driven mindset with strong analytical and negotiation skills
  • Proactive, relationship‑oriented, and hands‑on work style
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, ambitious, and supportive environment
  • Fluency in French, Dutch, and English is essential
