Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for driving revenue and expanding market presence across Europe? We're seeking a dynamic Regional Commercial Manager EU to lead commercial initiatives and shape the future of logistics in the region.

As Regional Commercial Manager EU, you'll be at the forefront of our European commercial strategy. You'll develop and execute innovative sales plans, build strong customer relationships, and identify new business opportunities across both established and emerging markets.

๐Ÿงญ Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact for Europe-based customers
  • Expand and manage customer portfolios
  • Prepare and deliver competitive quotations
  • Enhance customer satisfaction through service and process improvements
  • Coordinate agency operations across Europe
  • Manage pricing for LCL, FCL, and air freight
  • Oversee agency costs and pricing strategies
  • Monitor contracts, SLAs, KPIs, and volumes
  • Maintain strong relationships with key suppliers (shipping, air cargo, carriers)

๐ŸŽฏ Your Profile

  • Proven experience in account management and client operations
  • Familiarity with Purchase Order Management and fulfillment processes
  • Comfortable working across global time zones
  • Strong knowledge of sea and air freight logistics
  • Fluent in English and German
  • Willingness to travel across Europe
  • Above all: a proactive attitude and ambition to grow!
