Salary: $165,000-$185,000 base + bonus eligible

The Vice President of Marketing will be responsible for:
- Setting and executing the global marketing vision as part of the executive leadership team
- Driving brand growth, audience engagement, and revenue through integrated, data-driven campaigns
- Overseeing multi-year marketing plans, market expansion, and product positioning
- Aligning marketing efforts with commercial KPIs and cross-functional teams including Sales, Product, and Partnerships
- Leading performance marketing, analytics, and adoption of advanced technologies like AI personalization and automation
- Serving as brand steward, evolving identity and content strategy to reflect premium positioning
The Vice President of Marketing should have the following qualifications:
- 15+ years of progressive marketing leadership, ideally in sports, hospitality, or entertainment
- Proven success in global campaign strategy and revenue-driving marketing initiatives
- Expertise in digital strategy, performance marketing, data analytics, and omnichannel execution
- Strong executive presence with the ability to influence at the C-suite level
- International experience and cultural fluency
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills
