The Opportunity: Regional Environmental, Health & Safety Manager
We're looking for a seasoned EHS professional to champion safety across multiple facilities, driving transformative initiatives that protect people and the planet. This is more than a compliance role, it's a chance to shape a proactive safety culture, influence strategic decisions, and leave a lasting impact on a company that values integrity and continuous improvement.
What You'll Do:
- Design and roll out forward-thinking safety policies, procedures, and training programs.
- Ensure full compliance with OSHA, EPA, and other regulatory bodies.
- Lead comprehensive audits, inspections, and risk assessments to proactively eliminate hazards.
- Manage incident investigations and implement corrective actions with precision.
- Support environmental stewardship through waste management and emergency response planning.
- Partner with plant leaders to embed safety into daily operations and long-term strategy.
What You Bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Safety Management or a related field, plus 6-10 years of EHS experience in food manufacturing (CSP certification preferred).
- Deep expertise in OSHA regulations and industry best practices.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Flexibility to travel and adapt to dynamic operational needs.
