About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Sales Director to lead our Benelux sales team and drive business growth across the pharmaceutical logistics sector. This is a pivotal leadership role within a fast-growing Life Sciences logistics provider, requiring a hands-on leader who can animate the team, hunt new clients, and build lasting partnerships with pharma companies and healthcare stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and inspire a team of 7 regional sales managers across Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg.
  • Develop and execute a robust sales strategy aligned with company goals.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with pharmaceutical manufacturers, wholesalers, and healthcare institutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and industry stakeholders.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate with operations, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.
  • Report on sales performance, forecasts, and pipeline to senior leadership.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales leadership within pharmaceutical logistics or healthcare supply chain.
  • Fluent in English and Dutch; additional European languages are a plus.
  • Strong understanding of GDP compliance, cold chain logistics, and healthcare distribution.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate diverse, remote teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Willingness to travel across the Benelux region as needed.
