DSJ Global is currently partnered with a leader in the flexographic printing & packaging space to bring on a Sales Director for a key, high-potential region. This role is remote with travel, with the requirement with this candidate living in Virginia, Maryland, West Virginia, Maryland, Delaware, Pennsylvania, New York, New Jersey, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Vermont, or Maine.

Our client is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Director to lead sales initiatives across the Northeastern United States. This individual will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing key customer relationships, and executing strategic sales plans within the flexographic printing and packaging industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Manage and grow relationships with key accounts, distributors, and channel partners.
  • Identify new business opportunities and lead the sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
  • Collaborate with marketing, technical service, and product management teams to deliver customer-centric solutions.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasting, reporting, and market intelligence.
  • Represent our client at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through proactive communication and problem-solving.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of sales experience in the printing, packaging, or graphic arts industry.
  • Strong knowledge of flexographic printing technologies and consumables is highly preferred.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% within the Northeast region.
