Overview
This role supports U.S. sales operations by managing customer data, sales leads, and after‑sales coordination. The Sales Operations Specialist works closely with Sales, Marketing, Service, and cross‑functional teams to ensure accurate data, smooth execution, and strong customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and track all U.S. sales leads in coordination with Marketing
- Serve as an internal and customer‑facing escalation point for sales issues
- Maintain accurate customer and account data within the CRM
- Coordinate material and service delivery with sales, service, and customers
- Monitor customer activity and flag at‑risk or declining accounts
- Support sales planning, reporting, analytics, and documentation
- Uphold Quality, EHS standards, and company core values
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 3+ years in sales operations or a customer‑facing role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to present to varied audiences
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and analytical ability
- Comfortable leading through influence in a fast‑paced environment
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, and Excel (data analysis, formulas, graphs)
- Experience with CRM systems required; analytics tools a plus
Additional Details
- Full‑time, onsite to start, hybrid after 3 months
- Up to 10% travel
- Occasional lifting up to 25 lbs
