A global industry leader in construction chemicals and building materials is seeking a driven Sales Representative with a strong background in sales and market knowledge. This role centers on supporting and maintaining sales through reporting, performance, and market trends.
Key Responsibilities
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
- Deliver compelling presentations to prospective and existing clients, emphasizing product benefits and solutions.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Recommend customized solutions that align with client needs.
- Build and manage a pipeline of potential clients using directories, trade shows, online tools, and market research.
- Provide insights on customer preferences, competitor activity, and market trends to support strategic planning.
- Represent the company at trade shows, networking events, and client meetings.
- Maintain a safe and compliant work environment.
- Perform additional duties as needed.

Qualifications
- Proven external sales experience in a relevant industry; (construction chemicals, building materials, chemicals)
- Strong understanding of the local market and industry trends.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the territory.
- Bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma or GED required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Dynamics 365
