Role: SAP Master Data Analyst
Location: McMinnville, OR
Work Model: fully on-site 5 days per week
Compensation: $100,000 to $120,000
This person will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing enterprise master data across customer, supplier, and product records to support global business and supply chain operations. Works within ERP and data management systems to ensure data accuracy, governance, and process efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, maintain, and validate master data records, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Monitor data quality, troubleshoot issues, and partner with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies.
- Support and lead master data initiatives related to new products, facilities, distribution channels, and system enhancements.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders on data migration, process improvement, and governance activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 3-5 years of SAP master data or SAP consulting experience.
- Manufacturing experience with BOMs and routings required.
- Advanced Excel skills (lookups, formulas, pivot tables).
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with customer, vendor, and product master data preferred.
- Food manufacturing experience is a plus.
- Fluent English communication skills.
