🔍 Solution Design
- Analyze inbound/outbound flows to identify optimal customer locations
- Translate requirements into efficient warehouse layouts and process flows
- Perform cost analyses covering labor, investments, and IT needs
- Design smart logistics solutions and support sales with compelling proposals
- Present insights to internal teams and external clients
- Excel mastery and data tools are a must!
📄 Tender Support
- Evaluate the best-fit site for new customers
- Create tailored, data-driven tender documentation
🚀 Implementation Management
- Lead or support cross-functional teams during project rollouts
- Track progress, manage budgets, and keep stakeholders aligned
- Coordinate go-live activities and support change implementations
💡 Innovation & Optimization
- Identify improvement opportunities in existing processes
- Explore and pilot new technologies (AGVs, cobots, automation)
- Share results across our European logistics network
👤 What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree (HBO) in Logistics, Operations, or Management
- 3-5 years of experience in logistics engineering or a similar role
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Experience with WMS (preferably AS400)
- Driver's license preferred (travel required)
