Our client who's a global fashion accessories group is hiring a Senior Operations & Supply Chain Manager for APAC markets to lead global supplier operations, production lead-time and logistics operations. This role drives operational excellence, cross‑functional alignment, and end‑to‑end supply chain performance.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead communication and performance across global suppliers
- Maintain and optimize the general production schedules
- Ensure production protocol, compliance and liaise with internal production and quality teams
- Manage international logistics operations and manage 3PL partners in imp & exp
- Lead execution of the PO management and shipping invoices
- Drive KPI reporting, supplier scorecards, and process improvements
- Serve as senior contact for key accounts on production and delivery
- Prepare supplier meetings, vendor conferences, and internal reviews
Job Requirements
- Degree in any disciplines, or supply chain related subject is desired but not a must
- 10+ years in supply chain, operations, production, or logistics operations
- Experience with overseas suppliers and freight forwarders management
- Ability to manage complex timelines, stakeholders, and global workflows
- Fluent in English and Chinese speaking is a must
- Candidates must be with right of abode of Hong Kong
