Role Overview

As Senior Sales Manager - Textile, you will lead our textile sales strategy, manage key client relationships, and drive revenue growth across international markets. This is a high-impact role for a dynamic sales leader with deep industry knowledge and a passion for delivering value to customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and market expansion.
  • Manage and grow relationships with existing clients, while identifying new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with product development and production teams to align offerings with market needs.
  • Lead contract negotiations, pricing strategies, and customer service excellence.
  • Analyse market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity to inform sales strategy.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Textile Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of sales experience in the textile or garment manufacturing industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing international accounts.
  • Strong understanding of textile production, sourcing, and supply chain dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Fluent in English, native in Cantonese and fluent in Mandarin Chinese.
  • Only local HK permanent citizens will be considered.
