About the Role
As a Senior Sourcing Specialist, you will be responsible for supplier management, contract negotiation, cost optimisation, and ensuring smooth procurement operations. You will collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to support sourcing strategies, maintain compliance, and drive continuous improvements across the supply chain.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead sourcing activities from supplier identification to contract award.
- Manage supplier relationships, performance, and compliance requirements.
- Conduct vendor negotiations to achieve cost, quality, and delivery objectives.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to support procurement planning and demand forecasting.
- Oversee import/export documentation and ensure adherence to trade compliance standards.
- Analyse market trends, supply risks, and cost structures to inform sourcing decisions.
- Prepare procurement reports and track KPI performance.
- Support sustainable procurement initiatives.
What You Bring
- 5-10 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, PO management, ideally across electronics, manufacturing, or industrial sectors.
- Proven experience in vendor negotiation, supplier management, and procurement operations.
- Familiarity with import/export compliance and supply chain documentation.
- Exposure electronics, manufacturing, or engineering-related supply chains is advantageous.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and drive continuous improvement.
- Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin Chinese is a must.
- With abode of work in Hong Kong is required.
