About the Role
We are seeking a highly driven Strategic Sales Manager to spearhead growth across Europe, with a strong emphasis on the Benelux region. This is a standalone, hunter role-perfect for a seasoned sales professional who thrives on winning major accounts and building executive-level relationships in a competitive, global logistics environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • New Business Development: Identify, engage, and secure strategic accounts across Europe, focusing on complex, high-value opportunities.
  • Executive Relationship Building: Establish and nurture relationships at senior levels within target organizations, developing advocates and long-term partnerships.
  • Consultative Selling: Understand client supply chain challenges and deliver tailored, multimodal solutions that drive measurable value.
  • Revenue Growth: Maintain a robust pipeline and consistently achieve or exceed annual net revenue targets.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of industry trends and leverage insights to craft compelling business cases for change.
  • Cross-Regional Collaboration: Work closely with global teams to ensure seamless implementation and maximize cross-selling opportunities.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven track record in strategic, consultative sales within transportation or logistics, ideally with experience managing complex, multinational accounts.
  • Minimum 6 years of sales experience with demonstrable revenue results.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to negotiate at executive level.
  • Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across Europe (up to 50%).
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with exceptional communication and influencing skills.
