Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a high-performing procurement team while supporting the Director of Global Procurement in key negotiations.
- Oversee vendor management to ensure maximum quality, reliability, and cost efficiency for goods and services.
- Provide expert procurement guidance while ensuring policies align with corporate, compliance, and audit standards.
- Contribute to refining procurement policies, systems, and practices for both internal stakeholders and the supply chain.
- Facilitate training for departmental staff to enable compliance with procurement controls and best practices.
- Drive critical procurement transactions, including RFPs, contracts, and purchase orders, to secure optimal outcomes.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to streamline procurement processes and tools across the organization.
