Supply Chain Associate Director
On behalf of a large MNC we are looking for a:
Supply Chain Associate Director
Location: Jiangsu Province, China
Reporting to: VP
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end supply chain operations at the factory level, with a focus on logistics, production planning, and material flow.
- Develop and execute short- and long-term planning strategies to meet customer demand and production schedules.
- Oversee inbound and outbound logistics, warehouse operations, and inventory control to ensure timely delivery and cost efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including procurement, manufacturing, and quality to align supply chain activities with business goals.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize planning accuracy, reduce lead times, and enhance responsiveness.
- Monitor KPIs and drive corrective actions in areas such as forecast accuracy, inventory turnover, and logistics cost.
- Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and environmental standards across logistics and planning functions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field; Master's preferred.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in supply chain roles, with at least 5 in automotive manufacturing.
- Proven leadership in logistics and production planning within high-volume, multi-product environments in the industrial sector.
- Hands-on factory experience is mandatory.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in ERP systems.
- Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English; excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
