We're looking for a Process Excellence Manager with a strong supply chain consulting background to help elevate Integrated Business Planning (IBP) governance, performance transparency, and executive decision-making.
This role sits at the heart of the IBP agenda, acting as the analytical engine behind senior leadership forums. You won't run day-to-day planning-but you will shape how decisions are made, using data, scenarios, and clear trade-offs.
What you'll do:
- Strengthen IBP governance, cadence, and executive materials
- Turn planning data into clear, decision-oriented insights
- Build scenario analyses across service, inventory, capacity, and margin
- Drive KPI standardisation, automation, and dashboard adoption
- Reduce manual reporting and improve data quality and transparency
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to raise IBP and planning maturity
- Partner with IT/digital teams on planning tools, analytics, and system enhancements
What we're looking for:
- Background in supply chain / operations consulting or transformation roles
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Experience with IBP, S&OP, planning performance, or supply chain analytics
- Comfortable operating in complex, global environments
Qualifications & Experience
- Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a comparable discipline
- 4-8 years' experience in supply chain analytics, planning, or end‑to‑end process improvement roles
- Hands-on experience supporting or designing S&OP / IBP processes and governance frameworks
- Strong analytical skill set with a proven ability to translate data into performance insights
- Experience working with digital reporting tools, dashboards, or business intelligence platforms
- Exposure to ERP environments and advanced planning or optimisation systems (APS)
