Über die Position
Als Teamleiter Produktion (m/w/d) übernehmen Sie die Verantwortung für die effiziente Steuerung und Organisation der Produktionsprozesse im Bereich Maschinenbau. Sie führen ein engagiertes Team, stellen die Einhaltung von Qualitäts-, Sicherheits- und Terminvorgaben sicher und treiben kontinuierliche Verbesserungen voran.
Ihre Aufgaben
- Leitung eines Produktionsteams, inklusive Einsatzplanung, Motivation und Weiterentwicklung der Mitarbeiter.
- Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Produktionsablaufs unter Einhaltung von Qualitäts- und Lieferterminen.
- Identifikation von Verbesserungspotenzialen und Umsetzung von Lean- und Effizienzmaßnahmen.
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Operations, Qualitätssicherung, Einkauf und Engineering.
- Erstellung von Produktionskennzahlen und regelmäßige Berichterstattung an den Operations Manager.
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung aller Sicherheits- und Umweltstandards.
Ihr Profil
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich Maschinenbau oder vergleichbar.
- Mindestens 2 Jahre Führungserfahrung in der Produktion.
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in Produktionsprozessen und Fertigungstechnologien im Maschinenbau.
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit Kennzahlen, Lean-Methoden und kontinuierlicher Verbesserung.
- Kommunikationsstärke, Durchsetzungsvermögen und Hands-on-Mentalität.
- Gute Deutschkenntnisse, Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil.
