The VP Supply Chain will be responsible for:
- Define and implement a global supply chain strategy aligned with the company's transformation objectives.
- Drive structural optimisation and performance improvement across the entire supply chain.
- Establish and monitor KPIs to ensure operational excellence and continuous improvement.
- Serve as a strategic interface between market demands and international sales subsidiaries.
- Oversee supply chain design and planning processes to ensure agility and efficiency.
- Lead initiatives that enhance planning accuracy, resource utilization, and responsiveness.
- Ensure timely, cost-effective delivery and distribution of products globally.
- Collaborate with process specialists to streamline operations and eliminate inefficiencies.
- Champion a culture of operational excellence and innovation.
- Identify organisational gaps and implement best practices to elevate supply chain capabilities.
- Lead and mentor a diverse, high-performing team including heads of logistics and planning.
